Talent Partnership Disclaimer

Applicants understand the recommended minimum of 1,000 followers on social media (Instagram, Twitter, and/or Facebook) OR to be a member of a local cast or at least 1-2 regular bookings per month. Applicants also agree to send in the required documents and information. Participants also agree to the yearly fee upon approval to be featured on the site - this fee reserves your spot on the site and features you a week of advertisement on social media. All sale proceeds (after taxes) will go to the participant, and will be paid on the 30th of every month via PayPal. Applicants agree to follow the Copyright terms listed above and accept all responsibility for the artwork submitted to the site. If a copyright or trademark claimed is filled due to the applicants submitted artwork, you accept all responsibility for any legal action claimed or filled against NashvilleDrag.com.
